Daren Sello
President West Coast Property Management
Daren Sello has over a decade of hands on operational and managerial experience in Strata Management throughout the Lower Mainland. As the Regional Director, Transition Properties at a large multi national property management company, Daren developed and implemented community onboarding programs to ensure proper community setup. Daren has worked with hundreds of Strata communities ranging in size of upwards of 650 Strata Lots with varying complexity, including Air Space Parcels, Sections, and Types. Daren Sello has founded West Coast Property Management to provide Strata Communities with a solutions focused customer service experience.

("Longbow") is a boutique professional services firm specialized in providing financial reporting and accounting services to clients operating businesses in Canada with revenues under $50 million. Longbow's founder, Michael Bellett CPA, CA, has significant experience in financial reporting and accounting, having worked as a client serving professional for 8 years in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young LLP. Michael has worked with clients in various industries, public and private companies operating in Canada and abroad, reporting under either International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS") or Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises ("ASPE"). Longbow is focused on providing our clients with exceptional service and quality in everything we do.
